What is Leather match?

Is the product completely Faux Leather? Or are some portions of it real leather while others are faux? In which case, which are they?

Hi there,

its a combination of leather and an artificial or synthetic material, manufactured to look like it is all leather. Polyurethane (vinyl) is the material that’s usually “matched” to real leather in these products, but fabric chemically treated to resemble leather, varieties of synthetic microfiber products,in most cases vinyl is used.

Like where you are going with the blue. Keep the curtains straight, no tie backs, replace the blind with no frills and change your occasional furniture to something more like the tv set up - not wood as your floor is wood and it makes it look at bit "twee". Darker blue/grey on the chimney breast maybe and paler walls, also more textured cushions in different shapes to add interest in neutral colours. The blues look good on your fire place and the picture too. Instead of gold why not add a brighter yellow, like the daffs, to bring modernity to the scheme? Good luck!

You can get fabric sofas that are easy to maintain, there's a suede fabric where you can clean out wine stains which a good'en but leather is classic and depending on where you buy it from, it ages well and as you said it is the easiest to maintain
