The dimensions are W 18 cm / D 30 cm / H 17.5 cm / 2.7 kg, and the bulb type required is E27, A60 shape.

Sheesh, whoever designed this house didn't think about the bathrooms very much did they? For the master bath, I would put in a pocket door and maybe switch the positions of the toilet and sink, or better yet, put the tub/shower against that wall and put the sink and toilet against the wall the tub is in now. Actually, what about making bedroom 1 the master bedroom? Make the entrance to it where the common wall is now so take out the bedroom door and put the door in the hallway? Remove the wall from the bath to the hallway end and you have a bigger bathroom and more room to work with to change things around. Bedroom 4 could become a walk-in closet. And then put the door to the extra bath to the hallway and you can move the sink and toilet to the wall between it and Bedroom 3. Either way, it's gonna be some $ to do. But the layout of both bathrooms as they are now, just really suck.

I think the option of having the tv under the stairs.. Is the best idea.. Maybe have a tv, media unit made to measure if possible .. Draws or cupboards underneath for storage. Small shelves at the sides for little ink-naks. If needed.. A smaller maybe glass oblong table in front of the window. The table will still allow light through.. Making sure passable through to the stairs.. And the sofa on the back wall.. Lovely rug in the centre with coffee table or chest for extra storage if needed... Maybe some open floating shelves off set above the sofa. Use an accent colour with accessories.. From the rug or cushions.. Don't go overboard with large piece of furniture... Simple statements....

Hello Yan, wanted to show you an idea of colour scheme for your bathroom. I decided to keep up with your layout idea and I noticed you like grey and wood in interior. In addition, SA contemporary style isn't much about colours but more about textures to keep interior simple and rich. In general, interior is neutral with couple of small colour accents, which can be easily updated or changed in time. There is no drama that sink in front of window! Moreover it gives fantastic advantages to use natural light. You can hang oval mirror at the window frame. In the evening hours, you can use illumination from wall light above window. Flooring is grey brushed concrete tiles with soft matt texture. Wood like porcelain tiles use for walls from the left and right, including curves. That's how you unite broken wall on a left and make it longer and identical. Tiles for walls around window and the opposite side ( including all curves and around door) should be the same - light grey with stone like texture. Grey tone on walls is lighter than on a floor.
