Comments (13)Have you thought about adding a window seat as the window is quite big and low. It would be lovely to sit there when its raining or sunny and curl up with a book. Its definitely a feature you could leverage and make it into a cute little reading nook. I agree with one of the comments above to remove both radiators and replace the one to the left with something more modern and longer. On the right hand wall I would add some pictures and a narrow bookshelf on the smaller wall. Or if you want to take it one step further is to get a Joiner build a window seat with some shelves on the right wall, because the wall is angled it might be tricky to get an off the market shelf to fit there....See Morewhat to put on the empty corner beside tv?
Comments (6)Hi Sonal, for me it’s the wallpaper. It is far too busy, especially with all the accessories. I would tone it down maybe with a nice navy. Although it’s a dark shade, it is very calming. Now ideally you would remove the wallpaper, there isn’t much of it so not too much effort. You could paint over the wallpaper but I’m not sure of the finish. Comments (9)Watering depends on the plant. A snake plant copes with dry conditions so I would suggest put your finger in the soil, if it is bone dry then water. If there is even the teeniest bit of moisture then leave it a bit longer. Peace Plants tell you when they need watering by drooping it’s leaves. I find that’s a good indicator to water all of your plants. I would say I water mine every 3 weeks or so and they are all doing well. Over watering is one of the most common reasons plants die.
