Boiling Water taps - cheaper model advice
Comments (10)Hi all. Perhaps a little late to the party, but it may be relevant to others. In terms of a cheaper boiling water tap, this is exactly what we offer at The Boiling Water Tap Company. We've developed our own brand of boiling water taps and we only sell our own brand, so we know that we are offering only quality products. We have 3 in 1 taps (boiling water & hot/cold mixer) or the more luxury 4 in 1 which also incorporates filtered cold water as a bonus feature in addition to the features of a 3 in 1. Prices are from £299 in our current sale - https://www.theboilingwatertapcompany.co.uk/ Hope this is of use to some people. This is one of our 4 in 1 models in gunmetal....See MoreI want advice on buying a freestanding bath tap please
Comments (6)Hi, Need a bit more info; Is it a traditional bath or modern? Have you got a picture/link? Do you want a hand shower by the bath for cleaning and use in bath? Is the bath surrounded by stud walls or does it have to be floor standing? What is your budget? Vado you can be looking at £600+, Hansgrohe £1800+ but you can get discounts. Cheaper, unsufficiently supported floor taps are wobbly so I'd really avoid. Sounds more like a modern tub bath to me - would be great to see pictures :)...See MoreChanging tap cartridge advice please

Comments (5)Grrrr just did a reply and lost it all. It depends on the depth of the worktop as some are 600mm deep and some 650mm deep. It’s all in the planning. Some sinks are supplied with a hole already in and some have no hole so you fit the tap in the worktop. I have the Qettle but mine is boiling water and filtered water so I also have the standard tap too. It’s a different design to yours. Do not pour the boiling water direct into the sink. It’s an absolute no. There have been reports of Blanco sinks splitting because of this. I always put the mug under the boiling water tap before turning it on....See Moreminipie
