Is that a pivot glass door or a combination pivot then slide? Or something else? It is interesting

Hi, the side door is a pivot, the longer elevation is bifolding, thereby allowing the corner to be removed entirely. Concealed steelwork above of course. Glass by !Q glass.

Hi Keswing, Although bifolding doors can give you a 95% width opening, they will be closed much of the time, and when they are, there are thicker and numerous sightlines blocking the view. Your short patio space will be restricted by the stacked doors too. You can of course have them opening and stacking inside the property, although this may cause similar problems of limiting space indoors. Your main exit door could be on the left or right depending on configuration and which side you want to stack the doors so this should not be an issue for you - why do you only have the option for a main door on the right? You could have two exit doors in the middle if you really wanted and the bifolding doors stack to either side, but the width is not really wide enough for this. A 3-panel sliding doors system, with all three panels sliding will give you the sliding door system with the biggest open gap, but will have two visible sightlines when closed. A 2-panel sliding doors sytem will provide the best view (as only one sightline in the middle of the doors will be visible when closed) but the openable width will only be 50%. Sliding doors with exceptionally slim sightlines, such as our VISION Ultra Slim Sliding Doors would be my recommendation :-)

Hi everyone I was hoping to get some advice on this wall of glass for my second story removation. We are planning this to be a big expense of doors to access the balcony. The problem is the frame for the glass. We do not want anything to ‘get in the way’ of the beautiful view. The initial plan was accordion style doors but we were put off because of all the frames it requires. The opening is 4.7 meters wide by 2.1 metres height. O yes, on the adjacent wall there is also another expanse of glass which has a thin balcony meeting up to the big one. (I hope this makes sense!) here we are planning on putting windows. But if anyone has any other option that would work we are all ears. The opening for this is 5.6 metres. Please can anyone help? Thank you

Hi there I am looking for some help with the set up of doors and windows for the opening on our second story extension. I was originally going to put in the accordion style doors so the whole wall can open up to outside but I have been put off because of all of the ‘frames’ required. The opening for the main balcony is 4.7metres (width) by 2.1 metres (height) The other opening (not pictured) is 5.6 metres wide. This leads out to a thin balcony which will hav no furniture and joins to the main one where I will put some seating. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what combination of doors and windows would work best? Thank you for your help
