What resolution and file type and file size is your image please

Houzz are destroying my images when I upload them they are blurry and they are gicing me the run around. It would be immensely helpful if you could tell me what file type, file size and pixel dimensions your image is. Thanks.

I’ve just had a think about this. Bearing in mind, a standard UK king size mattress is 150x200... or really by converting exactly 5 feet into metric, it's 152.4, a standard King Size mattress would be 7.5 cm smaller than the frame, which means by placing it central to the slatted base, I would have +/- 3.5 cm gap at each side. Also, a mattress is never a square block, it has got its roundness, so allegedly, when considering you also place a mattress protector and the base sheet, the gap is most likely reduced further. So if I were to buy a ‘standard’ King Size mattress, I could use it – given the weight of the mattresses, I don’t think it is going to move around. A 5' mattress would allow me to tuck the duvet at foot-end as well as at the sides, or I could show off the frame. And of course, I’d find it easier to change the bed linen. Alternatively, the duvet normally overhangs at the sides of the bed, so the gap would be hidden from sight anyway. Technically, I can’t see anything stopping me from doing it. Also, due to the design of the bed, the mattress would be is partly inset into the frame, so the gap would only be seen (in terms of the slatted base), if looking at the bed from above, which I’d never do. Is this 'logical' thinking, or might I have missed something ?

Hello @The Picture House. Thank you! Just to touch on your point, I don't agree at all really. I think most people want to envision the property with themselves living in it, how they want to see the home. When I talked about what I look for, it was from a personal viewpoint. I don't need to see anything added to see if the place is worth something. (Not financial) I'm talking structural and aesthetics. The "bones" of the place, if you like. Also potential has nothing to do with clean, tidy, or adding a few objects, just reading your pointers. Potential isn't styling, it has to do with architectural details and the capacity for renovation or restructuring. If that is what is sought. For that you need an eye for these details and there are a lot of people who are very clued up and interested in this area. Talking from experience that is. I think the problem with selling, is knowing your market and who you're selling to. Knowing your property and how to market it (at the time) to its fullest potential. Marketing your property for who you want to sell it to. So whoever it is can see what they can add- if at all! However, what a client is looking for from their purchase will largely dictate the type of property they seek. Interestingly some "interior designed" property renovated for sale are some of the worst examples of boring,bland and unimaginative. I would argue the use of the term "Interior designed" It comes down to style and taste which is diverse and individual. Displaying the architectural elements to their fullest. In short, it takes.. I really like the idea of G plan round table. John Gauld Photography - clearly a man after my own heart there looking at your office. We are in different business areas on different continents but share a kinmanship in the way our office contents fully fill the room to overflowing. I do applaud SlidingWardrobeSolutions optimistic belief that a wardrobe like structure could contain it all. In my case I suspect sliding warehouse solutions would be more appropriate. I deal in technical safety and rescue equipment so samples take up space, as do things in for service, filing cabinets for records (most of this stuff requires licenses, periodic record keeping and so forth), more filing cabinets for brochures and manuals, a service and repair desk for stuff that can get inside the room (some has to be done at the customer's location due to equipment size) and basically spares, tools and odds and ends. This is not an office to work from instead of going to a main office, it is THE office. I find that if I put everything away (I have managed to do so a few times) much of it suffers. We are in the tropics, so air conditioning is required at times. Not wanting to run it 24/7 due to costand environmental concerns means that humidity and temperature levels change wildly (a cold drink here has to be stood in a saucer because after 5 minutes there will be almost a second drink due to condensation on the outside of the glass.) Tropics = a minimum of 65% humidity at any time and shade temperatures up to the very high 30's centigrade. Glossy brochures tend to stick together in a big lump. Many pieces of equipment and components have to be kept in sealed bags - looks ugly. The cabinet I stand the colour laser printer/scanner/copier on has a tendency to get mold on one side - the result of the printer's air circulation! This was made worse due to a water leak in the wall from next door for almost 2 years (cured over 2 years ago now). It got under the laminate floor via the edge. Luckily when I fitted it I had been very careful with the foam and plastic sheet underlay so the laminate is okay, but I suspect trapped water is still slowly being drawn out. It is the coolest and darkest room in the house so it is taking time. Part of the living room suffered the same from the same leak but is completely fine now - more space and ventilation and warmer when not in use, so now all dried out from under the floor (same laminate throughout downstairs except for kitchen and bathroom.) I do a lot of work on my notebook and as it has an 8 to 9 hour battery that means the house is my office. I'm typing this as a break from work at the moment and I'm sat on the sofa nicely reclined for comfort.
