A larger window to the smaller bifolding doors would mean you get more kitech units, therefore more storage. So it would be beneficial to have a large window rather than bi folding doors on the smaller side. Saying that, Bi-folding doors do look great and they make the place feel more spcious. So the other option you have is to support the upper part of the wall with a RCJ (Steel) and have the bi-folding doors all the way across which would look great. Bathroom 1. If you have the shower head at the door end of the 1400 shower tray you will need only the 900 screen you are planning and have it completely walk in. Personally I think this underuses a large shower tray and would put the shower head in the middle but this will need more glazing. Having had a walk in shower I know that despite best efforts the floor gets wet and they don't keep in the heat like a full enclosure. If it were me I would have a stud wall built on the sink wall so that in the shower you can have a recessed shelf for toiletries. Behind the sink you can have the same shelf idea but with mirrored cabinets above. With that extra storage there will be no need for the tall boy. I would have the biggest vanity I could fit in with at least a 10cm gap at each side. If this was my house I would consider a fully enclosed shower that is 1200 (instead of a 1400 walk in shower where only half is used.) Then I would look for a vanity of upto 1400mm

You need to consider 2 important points. 1. Raw material sizing will restrict how high you can make your units. You also need to consider transport. Its one thing to make a 3m high tall unit (not possible as most material sheets max out at around 2.4-2.5m) but how do you transport it. How do you bring it round corners in houses etc? 2. Special sizing and slab painted doors are not what you would find in sheds. You need to look at independents or bespoke cabinet makers and yes you would have to pay for specially made furniture.
