Recently I decided to order furniture from Italy. I have not been able to find furniture in the style that suits me in my city. But I found my perfect furniture in Rome! And then I decided to order her delivery. I was very worried because solid red oak furniture is not cheap at all, so I used it to track my parcel https://www.postsendungsverfolgung.com/de/dhl-sendungsverfolgung.html to constantly see where my delivery is now. Fortunately, my furniture was delivered on time and in perfect condition. I'm happy.

I have always bought wrecks - I love renovating: and I completely agree with overpaying for a new renovation that is rubbish and soulless: I won't even view a house that has obviously been done up by one of the many "property developers" that infest London. I can cope with anything (have rectified asbestos, removed wood chip, put back period features and replaced everything from roof to digging up a floor to install underfloor heating in the past), but my absolute nos: dodgy neighbours/road, lack of off-street parking (London), a floor plan I can do nothing with, lack of potential to add value myself. I have seen (and met) some real horrors whilst looking for houses! Also, I have to have a period house: 1930s or older.

My biggest tip is do not do any online shopping when you've had a few, unless you want to experience the pleasure/pain of checking your eBay account to see "Congratulations you are the winning bidder" only to realise that the item is at the opposite end of the country, the seller does not arrange transport and you don't even remember why you wanted it. (Or is that just me). Other things would be to ask the seller to confirm the measurements (especially where a few millimetres difference would be critical) and hope that they can read a tape measure properly. Don't be afraid to ask for additional photographs including close-ups, if the seller can't be bothered, then don't be too sure that the item is as described, a description saying good condition can be subjective and don't forget that the camera can lie, especially with colours. If you are looking for something fairly commonplace then it can be worth waiting for it to turn up close enough to home, so that you can try to have a look before committing yourself; for the rare items you may have to take a chance, the worst case is that if you really don't like it you might have to sell it on again. And last of all, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is.

I am moving into a flat with a large wall and looking to get some bespoke shelving which can hold books as well as TV and some cupboard space below. Would also like a small shelf that pulls out so that I can use my laptop. Anyone got any pictures of something like this? I know probably have to design it and get someone to build it.
