Tiling onto an Eclisse pocket door

We have purchased and installed the Syntesis Flush Single Pocket Door System with no architrave.
Given the product is used largely in bathrooms, can anyone suggest how this can be finished at door and tile junction.
Our builder has suggested a silver beading but I think this detracts from the contemporary, minalmalist look we are aiming for.
Has anyone used this system before and can make a suggestion? Photos welcome.

Comments (60)It is most unwelcoming to ask guests to remove shoes. I would be mortified after tramping around in hot shoes all day to be asked to remove my shoes, and then would have to leave foot shaped sweat marks on their floors, possible odour, and for me I look fat and roundy on flat feet, etc. There is no way I would make my guests uncomfortable in that way. Putting home beauty before guests comfort is alien. Might as well leave the plastic covers on the settees in case they might stain those, might as well install a hospital like hand sanitizer, or have them walk through a spray of disinfectant while they enter. Comments (8)The position of the loo and basin is actually something I'm a little confused about. The tap will be in projecting from the wall, underneath the window. The wall hung loo is still a mystery. The plumber will give me some options later today after the demolition. If we can, I will putt a very slim frame+cistern in the partition wall. If we can't I will opt for the same model but closed coupled. Comments (7)Has your builder considered a pocket door? They can be bought easily now from screwfix or a Eclisse. If you have space internally inside the wc or externally in the hallway a false wall is built using a metal stud work frame. A sliding door is top hung on a track inside the false wall, the door slides within the cavity within Just remember the preferred distance from a wc (centred ) to side wall is approx 450mm...See MoreIs window in shower an issue?
Comments (18)Hi Karen Previous comments state everything about the window but I would still consider the layout.I do not know details of the size of the room so it is only suggestion. I would change into a pocket door (losing internal space by few inches is not big deal), new wall wider with the smaller door opening. Quadrant shower enclosure attached to this wall. Ideally would be changing the window, smaller and higher window cill to accommodate WC pan and basin on shorter wall. Large towel warmer if you do not plan for UFH. If you going to install UFH than small rail with few hangers....See MorePookes
