What paint with this wallpaper?

Hi. We have a wallpaper which we would like to use on one wall of our small back bedroom but we are having problems matching it with a paint for the other walls. The room is 4.5m x 2.5m with a large window which keeps the room well lit with natural light. The paint work is white (though this could change as required). We would like to keep the room light and airy and would appreciate any advice.

The paper is called Colibri 36627-1 and we were inclined towards a bluish grey but we're not convinced.

Since the room gets lots of natural light I think the room can take a darker colour like Dulux steel symphony 1. You could keep things light with the soft furnishings.

Lovely wallpaper - wall piant is the least expensive part of the design for your room so leave the decision till last. Once you now what else is going in the room - lots of naturals like your wallpaper image? lots of white like the images above? what colour is the floor? What are the window dressings like? All these other decisions need to be taken together so you have a complete vision.

I would go with a shade or two lighter than Cashmere. It seems like you want understated elegance in this room, and you’ve chosen a stunning wallpaper which provides a lovely texture and anchors the grey palette.

Smudge27 the green is not relevant other half had football on at the time haha alo270 the wallpaper is from B&Q and is called superfresco easy grey and yellow floral textured 😇 Anne I haven’t looked at pebble shore but will do thank you!
