Ideas for bungalow floor plan please

We are struggling to decide on a layout for this 1930's bungalow. Taking out fireplaces and chimneys is an option but may cost too much. We would like access to the garden from the back. The existing kitchen and bathroom are tight on space and very dated. We are looking to rewire, replace heating system and install new kitchen and bathroom. We don't mind open plan, as long as areas can be closed off. Open to any suggestions please.
