large mirror above bath, yay or nay?

We are just about to install our master en-suite bathroom. It was originally the main stairwell, hence the large window.
We have bought our bath and plan to put a bathroom chandelier above it to give it that wow factor.
We need to design a little stud dwarf wall to put behind the bath to put the taps on it.
So the question is, do we put a wall to wall large mirror on the wall behind the bath or not, will it be tacky or a wow factor?
(We have plans to put blinds on the window as a privacy factor too!)

Comments (31)The picture shown shows us a example of a badly installed TV where no thought has been put into the interior design of that element in the room. I can almost guarantee a Technology Advisor was not involved in the project as they would have found a better solution for the finish. Comments (14)We say yay, and we agree with @mudsi. In theright room, sinks can be so handy, and as a former renter in a 6 person house, a sink in a little bedroom can really ease morning bathroom traffic jams, as noone has to wait for that one person to finish showering to brush their teeth! However, I do think they have to be either well blended into the room or even hidden in a cupboard, as a random sink shoved into the corner of a room looks like a plumbing mistake!...See MoreMirrors...yay or nay?
Comments (7)Because the ceiling slopes a bit on the right side l would place the mirrors a bit lower than the height of the clock but not too much, say in line with the top of the inner circle. You need to straighten or remove the outermost cushion on the bed as it ruining the bedscape. It is odd. You could add a foot plaid with a little colour and a rug or something on the walls to tie in the colour. It's looking a lot better but still a bit like a black and white photo. You've done well with the lanterns, now bring on a few more pretty items to share the dressertop - choose different heights textures snd even colours....See More- 5 years ago

Plastering about to start next week in the bathroom, we have scrapped the idea of tiles, mirrors or a mural and we are going for a painted wood panel effect with a stone shelf on a dwarf wall. Similar to this picture below...
