Dilemma with interior decoration

Hii guys, we are movin to a new house dis month end but is in afix regardin the living room decoration esp where to put the tv.. the owners residin der now havent done anythin much .. so the house needs a little modernization.. the room is very bright wid 2llarge size windows on both sides and 1 small one

.. one facin the garden and the other to the road.. pls help.. attachin pics
