Bedroom colour scheme...... Inspiration required!
Comments (12)Have you had a look at a golden colour for the walls, it works amazing with that muted pink colour... http://www.pippajamesoninteriors.co.uk/2015/trends/dulux-colour-of-the-year-2016-cherished-gold/ Or if you go for a more neutral wall colour brighten the room up with vibrant bed linen, perhaps a pattern or if your more into plain colours then go for a linen that super luxurious, it will instantly make the room look more luxurious....See MoreRedecorating Small Bedroom for Single Man in his 30s
Comments (11)I don’t think this is good Feng Shui but I’d go for mirrored wardrobes to make the room feel bigger and make sure storage is taken up to the ceiling. I’d also look for a storage bed that’s on legs as it will make the room feel visually a little larger than one sat straight on the floor. Not sure if this is your thing but taking influence from the photos and alto saxophone I’d go for something with influences from the jazz era (or nearly!). A tufted bed would be great and will make a statement. If in budget I’d look for taller bedside tables (height of mattress, this is from Rockett St George as are the lights) and taller lamps, ideally when sat up the base of the lamp shade should be level with your chin). I’d look at a muted emerald green feature wall and add texture and pattern with warm neutral colours and a faux fur throw, pink would also look good but you may not be keen (!) or a deep teal/petrol blue. Maybe a brass starburst or molecular light over the bed as you can afford to hang it lower. A palm print blind could work and would also add a plant for the bedside table...See MoreHow to update this bedroom small budget!

Comments (12)What an amazing property! You are very lucky. Pray tell, will you be keeping the pool? Jonathan has a good idea but I think if you are worried about moving walls then maybe just replace and update all the fixtures and fittings and then see how you feel. Even a coat of paint can make a massive difference. In the ensuite, it's hard to tell the layout from your photos but you could definitely get rid of the bidet. Having the bidet's plumbing and waste should give you more flexibility if you want to change the bathroom layout too. Keep us posted, this is a really interesting house!...See MoreJules Mc
