Which colour light switches and sockets?

Hi there,

Any recommendations for colours/materials of light switches and sockets for F&B Cornforth White?

Cornforth White is a neutral soft grey which I believe will render our chrome switches looking a little cold for the room.

Can anyone advise me? Thanks!

White is classic, the light switches and outlet covers shouldn't be a design feature.

I think it tends to look better if all sockets and switches match throughout the house. I would leave them and bring in warmth with art, accessories etc

In son’s house he had MK. Recommended by the electrician and he has been pleased with them. They were only white but I presume they’ll do colour choices too. To be honest in the whole of the renovation of his house (and it was gutted and unliveable when he purchased it) light sockets were the only thing he really insisted on choosing. Everything else he asked me or dad. Weird lad ;-))

Hi Karen, are you looking for polished chrome or brushed chrome? Brushed chrome looks good even on a budget and finger prints tend to be less visible. White all the way, unless you have dark coloured walls. If you want something smarter than white plastic, check out Focus Horizon metal flat plate range in matt white finish. Satin stainless steel can look good in kitchens
