Hi, the colour of the cabinets is Sanderson Indigo Blue and we used deluxe khaki mist 6 on the walls

I like both of these colour combinations for the kitchen. However, I voted white and gold cause that is what I saw on the dress. I need to stop thinking about that dress now cause it hurts my head. :-)

Hi Anthony, Thank you for your helpful reply! The Denim Drift room is lovely in the picture and I love the contrast with the white. I'm thinking of getting this Flos pendant light in Chrome: https://clippings.com/products/ic-pendant-light-169721?variation=185491 The kitchen ceilings are not that high and are divided over two levels so the ceiling lights we've looked at are often blocked by the ledge next to the light fixture. I think longer pendant lights may be too low and we don't really have any surface space for them to hover over so the sideways design of this light seems to work. We do have small built inceiling lights and cupboard lights in addition but they don't give us enough light. In the Denim Drift, would you recommend the colour in your picture or a lighter shade? I understand that they can mix it in a few shades. Bekka

I think pale curtains to match your walls, or near enough, would look good. I find dark curtains depressing, especially when they’re closed. I would introduce more colour with artwork, but the restful pale grey is great and is very stylish, so I think colour should be subtle like a soft blue or teal or blush pink. Such a lovely room.

Hi Andrea, what colour worktops will you be having? I would personally still keep the walls light to contrast against the dark blue. I have a dark deep blue kitchen cabinets with a light worktop and I have F&B Wevet on the walls. Wevet is a white but it has grey undertones which works really well with the blue. If you wanted a bit more colour and something a bit warmer then I would look at the grey neutrals such as F&B Ammonite or Cornforth White. If you are going for a dark worktop though I would definitely keep the walls light and go for a white.
