Hi Vicki, I would go for bigger tiles, ones that are 60 cm x 30 cm. If you use smaller tiles the outcome may look too busy with your chosen floor tiles. I also suggest choosing very light grey wall tiles, the colour of which matches to the grey background colour of the floor tiles. That would give you the industrial sort of vibe you are aiming to achive. Order different samples and see how the combinations look in your bathroom. Hi Sharon, why not install an interesting victorian wall panelling? Like the one on the link below and photos attached. You can paint it in any colour and it’s an elegant, contemporary solution for English bathrooms. We are looking for the same type of tiles to use on the wall of the sink. The whole bathroom will be a toned down yellow (that's the idea for now) and a secluded shower area - turquoise. The idea is to make it Spanish style, ao there will be a lot of dark wood wood (beams, mirror, sink plank, maybe some more planks, wooden door), some old school wall lights. Shower head and tap are supposed to be bronze color, the old school type. And we'll have plants hanging and standing around. Only not sure about the floor tiles yet. My husband wants it all in pebbles, but i'm not sure it will look nice

Thanks Sonia, I really like that geometric floor, I'll have to have a search for something similar. We're keen to avoid plain as our previous house was very minimal and now in the new house we're trying to have a little more confidence with adding just a touch more character to each room.
