This project involved a full refurbishment of a Ground Floor apartment within a Victorian terrace property in Queens Park. The apartment had the benefit of having 3 sides wrapping around a small courtyard, although the pre-refurbished apartment it didn't didn't take advantage of this fantastic opportunity.

Reclaimed timber was salvaged during the refurbishment of the apartment and was used to create distinctive feature walls, allowing the history and character of the apartment to shine.

Hi Gary, The kitchen cabinet doors, and also the blue wall panels in the [dining room[(https://www.houzz.co.uk/photos/5-kitchen-and-dining-room-contemporary-kitchen-london-phvw-vp~73895645), are a 'through coloured' mdf. These were manufactured by Valchromat.

Very nice! I really like the dark pendants with the sage green kitchen - a great contrast and different to the now almost ubiquitous copper lampshades you see above islands (which I am now reconsidering after seeing these photos). Those lamps also help to make the dark tones of the heirloom table relevant to the rest of the kitchen. Also, I really like the barstools - where were they from?

Hey, G D! Glad you found it helpful. I'm afraid I don't have the original floor plans electronically; when I changed my desktop couple of years ago, I saved all the photographs on the new one but forgot the house plans. However, I also think our houses are similar, but for the width of the kitchens - our old kitchen before the extension was about 3.8m wide (I still have the estate agent listing saved).
