Bathroom Basins and Lit Mirrors

We are in the process of choosing mirrors for the basins in a new build. We are leaning toward lit mirrors as opposed to having to choose wall lighting and ordinary mirrors. Ceiling heights are 2400
These are some of the mirrors I liked:
Vega 80
Globe

Beam

Zircon

Exos
Paragon

Qubic

Is there a general rule of thumb for the proportions?
Ceiling heights are 2400
Master Ensuite 1800 x 2900
Vanity 1400 x 480/500 with two 430mm wash bowls
This room has recessed 5 x LED
I was thinking of 2 mirrors at 500w each?
Ensuite 4 1750 x 1900
450 x 320 with wall hung basin no vanity unit below
This room has recessed 5 x LED
Ensuite 2 1800 x 3100
830 x 490 compact basin with vanity drawers below to fit
This room has recessed 5 x LED
Family Bath 1800 x 3100
830 x 400 with vanity drawers below to fit
This room has recessed 5 x LED
WC Hall 1000 x 200
500 x 220 Handrinse basin
The only other light source in this bathroom is a single recessed LED
I must also be aware of shaver sockets? Is there a general rule for those as well? Some of the mirrors above have integrated sockets for shavers and toothbrushes.
Thanks in advance for any thoughts, suggestions, etc.
