Tile grout gap to thin

Good morning chaps,
I'm after a bit of advice regarding a tiling job I'm in the midst of. It's my first attempt so be gentle!
I've tiled inside a niche and realised now afterwards that one of the gaps is to small, almost non existent.
Do I just leave it and cover with sealant or
A) use a multi tool and cut a sliver off the tile
B) attempt to remove tile and replace
Any advice appreciated.
