sliding doors height

Hello .
I would like to use this area in a new room that we have created as a wardrobe . Can anyone recommend suitable tracks and doors that can reach the height of 2670mm ?The width is 1730 mm . Depth 600mm .

Hi, I know this discussion has been a while now, but what option did you finally go with? We are also in a similar situation. We are considering a bifold or slide and turn option. Sunseekers reviews seem better than new wave. I look forward to hearing what option you went with.

The door (and a fixed glass panel) are going in as a replacement for two windows and a pillar so the steel beam is already accounted for. I was more concerned about usability of sliding doors that tall.

Hi Adam, we also looked at both sliding doors and slide and turn for our opening and were shocked at the price of the slide and turns. One thing that a few designers and window providers said to us was that essentially slide and turn doors (or bifold doors) look better when they are open, and sliding doors look better when they are closed (as they tend to have fewer panels and so less view is blocked by pane). As we are based in London, where for most of the year the doors will be closed, we were advised by everyone to go with sliding doors. (NB our opening is wider, so it was a difference between 3 sliding door panels or 6/7 slide and turn panels).

Our doors are 2m in height as that's all the headroom we had, not an issue for us as we are not tall. Width is 3.6m, 2 pane. Yours would look best as 2 pane as well, less is more! Height, 2m anyway.
