Antique brass kitchen accessories

Please help. I’m getting a shaker style kitchen in navy blue (F&B Stiffkey Blue) and I would like antique brass handles, sockets and tap. I’m struggling to find an antique waste and overflow for a white Undermounted ceramic sink. Perrin and Rowe do a butler sink with brass waste but I’ve gone too far with the undermount to change now. The sink will be in the island. Whiteish quartz top and light oak flooring in light south facing room.

Will a chrome waste look ok ie not matchy matchy or will it look odd? Won’t really be having any other chrome in kitchen. I think I’m fixated on this issue but am I overthinking it? Please help?

or Perrin & Rowe appear to sell the waste and overflow separate from their sinks...

It's a lovely room and the wardrobes look great. I agree with Deborah re the bed. Perhaps some art in a thin black frame over the bed picking up on the black for the radiator and chandelier or something with a brass/gold frame? I love the chair but it just looks a little small against everything else and I'm not sure the mirror is enhancing that space. Is there space on the other side of the room for a larger chair and a large statement mirror, an antique leaner might be good? I might also swap the lamps to use another material and go for something a bit more oversized in a classic style, Oka is probably a good place to look. I'd also add a small post of flowers on the bedside table.

I agree with the others, would look at layering navy and mustard throws and cushions for the bed. I can see the radiator isn't attached but it doesn't look as if curtains would work? Perhaps Roman blinds as mentioned in a light grey or another geometric pattern in grey and white. I might also swap the cream shades. Brass light switches with plastic plug sockets?

Hi I'd definitely recommend spending a little extra and having the Brass sockets to match the Togle Light switches. I worked for a client in Norfolk, who had everything matching with togle switches too,(you can see pics on my projects page) and the difference between the standard white sockets to having the matching Brass, is undeniable, and makes the space looking 'finished' as apposed to maybe changing in future. Some prefer the more discrete look of a clear sockets or white socket on a light wall, but if there's budget, and you're drawing the eye already to the togle switch and I'm assuming you like the Brass colour in this room, why not add this with other sockets and accessories etc. Hope this helps! Thanks Danielle H. I forgot to mention that the Perrin and Rowe waste has a 12 week lead time and I only have a couple of weeks.

Not sure about Butler and Rose. Are wastes a standard size? Could I use this in a Villeroy and Bosh sink?

I honestly wouldn't know but you can ask a question on the tap warehouse page and they'll get back to you, you could tell them which model sink you have. good luck!

why matching 'feature' sockets? why not have more discrete/blended sockets eg wall colour and have the switches in feature finish as easier to see. but these too could be more discrete and then no need to try and match everything? they are such functional things so no idea why anyone would want to emphasise them.
