How to disguise the slope on flat roof extension

Hi, we’ve been working with an Architect to design a modern flat roof extension, however when he recently submitted the detailed drawings to building regs, we noticed the flat roof has a slope off to the side of 1.4, which having researched it I now know this is a requirement. My question is, do you think this will be noticeable to the eye or are there any ways we can tweak the design to hide the slope at all?
