Need help finding gold specked wall paper
Comments (2)Hello - Villa Nova Chandbali is a range of metallic wallpapers which might suit? The "Mimosa" colour way is a darkish gold colour. You can order samples directly from the Villa Nova website. I hope that helps! Best wishes, Jessica Jessica Buckley Interiors...See MoreI need help choosing a wallpaper for my 60's kitchen
Comments (10)Hello Caro, That is a spectacular kitchen and the second I have seen on Houzz that's similar.. The other was yellow but the owners ripped it out! I am very glad you're keeping yours.. The fridge is wonderful too... What would really make this stand out is if you could find a home for the pans... So the kitchen remains sleek... Could I suggest a warmer lighter granite for the worktop or perhaps a worktop that would compliment the look like Formica! ... I think black would be too harsh here.. Something with blue in would be good too so it compliments the tiles... OR keep what you have as it looks blue.... You could have blue as a theme for the flooring too... Are you changing the flooring?.. If so Sinclair Till is an excellent choice for linoleum.. http://www.sinclairtill.co.uk/range/3/3360 http://www.sinclairtill.co.uk/range/3/3828 For walls Cole and Son do some fantastic papers Geometric Grand restyled... They are a larger and bolder version of their former smaller collection in this range... For Bold... For Subtle.. For pendant lighting... For dining... something like this table and chairs would be ideal.. Also the fridge is lovely too.... For cocktails... An ice bucket and a few glasses! I think this is one such occasion where I can say.. "Don't just go to first base... Go all the way!" : ))...See MoreWhich wall to put fake brick wallpaper on in bedroom?
Comments (14)Yes i think it will look good. Add either colour or texture for warmth though . My son has very similar but the brick on 3 walls with a couple of street signs and a banksy mural on the 4th wall with a laminate "loft" style floor. I think it's quite a good look for a boys room and takes them into adult and beyond...See MoreWhich wallpaper with these sofas?
Comments (15)Thanks for your input @minnie101 I really wanted oak parquet with big rugs, we've had 14 years of amtico and rugs downstairs and hubby's desperate for more comfort. Due to so much needing doing next year we thought rather than installing beautiful parquet and then covering 80% with rugs we'd try carpet for this through room. I don't love the idea but it definitely saves ££££ for other things and we never use those French doors to the patio, we use another set, so don't need to worry about stepping onto carpet from outside, and I can still have my parquet in my new shaker kitchen. Is carpeting the full space a really bad idea? A large rug in sitting area and again under dining table section?...See More- 6 years ago
