helping in my wall decoration living room
hello, well i bought a wall metal decoration for my living room.but it seems very small for the wall and the entire space.i dont know what should i add , i'm confused.
any advice please

But if you go for art- I wouldn't bother trying to hard to match it to the room- go for something you love. On top shelf maybe some tall books (like coffee table books) and have a tall vase/ ornament that you like (coloured to stand out) beside them. Perhaps you could add one division such as pic below. Have you ever considered a real interesting eye catching piece of art work to really brighten up your living area I think a select piece of art would really make the room stand out, add interest and add a great talking point to the room.... I've been looking into shutters but would like something softer around the window too, maybe voiles or something. I love all the attached pictures, where can I buy it all? I also really wanted to add something bold with the Greek key pattern but I haven't found anything I like yet. I love Greek and Roman styles, gods and gladiators and holidays in Europe have been my inspiration for the wall I wanted to bring it all to my living room in rainy England to cheer my up on those dull days! Any ideas how I can add the greek key pattern? I don't have any more pictures with me but the room flows through to a dining area/extended seating area at the end with patio doors on to the garden. Its an extension so we have an arch between the rooms with ceramic up lights under the arch. This end of the room is still white. Yes, I would say something between your curtain or your sofa colour. Unless you had other other accent colours in the room other than neutrals in which case it might be an opportunity to showcase it. Something like a dark green could work nicely with the browns and neutrals.
And a gallery wall is a collection of art displayed in a group. Here is a photo of a living room I did where we used a beautiful metal plate hung on the wall as piece of art along with some original paintings, some prints, family photos, written text and glass bowls.

4 years agoI think the wall art is fine where it is, but the wall adjacent to it looks a little bit bare, so how about creating a gallery wall with your lovely paintings on there? The picture with the arch reminds me of my parents homeland in Italy, lovely.
