Tiny bathroom - mirror placement dilemma!
Comments (6)Think i'd be tempted to have the mirror just on the sink side, you will see the whole bathroom when you walk in, reflected in it. Mirror above a bath unless seperated by some tiling will be an absolute pain to keep smear free, and it may be a little overkill. Plus, maybe bathing and looking in the mirror at the same time, not to relaxing??...See MoreSmall Bathroom Design Dilemma
Comments (4)Hello Sarah, If you have to keep the toilet where it is for soil pipe/ budget reasons, you probably already have the best layout with bath under window. Would you consider keeping the bathtub which does look lovely. Change your shower system to a boiler linked one and move your shower head to the ceiling (a waterfall shower). Re shower curtain, have a long flowing linen shower curtain made backed by thick plastic on the inside to protect from water, but looks beautiful on the outside. The pics you posted are elegant and easy to achieve...wood effect floor tiles, metro tiles on wall, some built in storage and nice towels. Maybe some colour through orchids? They thrive in bathrooms. Hope of some use!...See MorePaint dilemma in bathroom - please help
Comments (2)Hi there, You may want to rethink the colour if you're worried it's going to make the room cold, the best thing to do is get some samples with varying blue to beige tones and paint them on thick paper (please not on the wall as it makes it so difficult to cover up!) and place in various areas round the room. If you then go and look at them at different times of day you'll see the light and how it affects the colour, making it easy to see which colour works best. I'd probably not go for more than 3/4 samples as you might get confused! Hope this helps....See MoreBathroom Ideas for Small Bathroom
Comments (3)If you shop for a space saving toilet there should be plenty of room for a full sized basin on the same wall. A p shaped bath would also give you a little more room at the shower end....See MoreKaren
