Help make my store room a better use of space!

We want to make our store room a better use of space. So far, we’ve just dumped things in. we thought we could put inbuilt shelves at the back (near the wine rack) and sides. Also put a floor down and generally tidy up. Any suggestions? It has restricted head height but is a valuable room in our London house! Thank you.
