Make your own ,paint the wall the color you want the background to be,in this case it looks creamy white do BM white dove, then get stencil of your choosing and use metallic paint to give the look of the paper, you may not have the exact print but you could duplicate the look with some creative thinking

I don't know the exact paper but search for faux grasscloth, here's one. Does it actually need to be a metal strip or just look metallic? One alternative would be to paint wooden beading (a bit like picture frame wood but I’m not sure what it’s called) metallic gold and effectively frame the wallpaper.
