Hello Lucy, Yes I think Minnie's idea of office in the end small space of the living room is a gr8 idea.. It makes use of what is otherwise an awkward space.. Any way to take out the two walls 1 between living and dining, so you have a completely open plan area? And 2nd between kitchen and dining? May lose 2m on that bit of wall but it's long enough for a galley kitchen on the far wall. This would make for a nice flow between rooms. The door going into the study could (if a divider was put in).. walk in to a tiny loo/cloakroom.. with window.. If just over a meter wide could be achievable.. Back to wall loo and shower if wet room style.. Then put another door in at other end for the pantry/utility.. Would be big enough for a walk in pantry/storage. Or you have the door opening from kitchen side.. Think this could still be achievable as you still have two sides for kitchen.. Do like the two french doors in both kitchen and living room gr8 for entertaining.. Going to be fantastic! : ))

While white fencing isn't for me in a back garden, I have seen loads of pics here on Houzz with white fences and, although they mostly seem to be over in the USA (let's face it - they tend to have better daylight in parts of North America than we do in the UK) I do like the look of it, though. I especially like the whitewash appearance if you're going for a Cottage Garden as it adds a weathered appeal. I went for black in my garden which looks pretty stylish, especially with the greens and whites in front of it. I used to live in a house with a roof terrace and we were advised at the time to not use white on the inside of the parapet walls as it would glare too much. The chosen option for the wall was pale grey (before it was fashionable) and it worked really well. For this reason, I wouldn't have gone for white fence or white furniture.

Did you go to multiple showrooms and outlets to look get a scope of the market or maybe look online? I copied a hotel bathroom I had liked as well as a picture from Houzz 2. Did you measure the bathroom yourself? No. If no, would you be confident in measuring your bathroom yourself? No 3. Had you heard of any bathroom manufacturers or companies before you started research to do your own bathroom? No 4. Did you need a lot of help on the layout and design and bathroom? The builders planned it 5. If you were guaranteed by hundreds of customers that the quality was excellent + the manufacturers own guarantee would you still want to touch, feel and see the product before buying it - if you were supplied images like the images at the bottom?? See proposed vs real Would go with reviews 6. What do you wish you had / hadn't done? Happy with it as it is, though wish I'd got my own tiler and not used the builder's 7. What do you love about your bathroom? The big bath, the power shower, the space 8. Excuse my ignorance but if you manufacture Belfast sinks why would you use somebody else's photo on your advertising material? Surely you would use images of your own products?

We of course do use images of our own products but we also ask to use user-generated content as not only are they beautiful photographs but everyone has their own unique style which features Shaws sinks. We think it's great to show the fantastic work everyone creates.
