Hello, the vanity unit was sourced from the Bath Store and these gorgeous tiles came from Claybrook.

how about continue boxing all the way to the window and use it to house concealed shower pipes and taps also. adding a niche for shampoo and soaps / candles. to have a mirror cabinets above the sink and toilet and under sink cabinet. also fill the gap on the other side of the bath adding a cabinet for laundry / cleaning stuff.

Stick it all on Facebook marketplace - that's what I do 🤣 I have found a single hairpin leg I can buy on ebay 😃 - black or gold! Not sure if brushed gold but the tiles behind will be black. And white and the sink unit will be the light/mid grey to match the floor. Although the sink will have gold fittings,im wondering if the leg could be black as its against a black/white tile and I have a black mirror above the sink? Who knows. I have one on my dining table so going to try it begore buying 🤣 The front depth of the shelf is a 3" but I can make it deeper if needed

I've read about the problems some people have had with electric underfloor heating. Mostly the cost of running it. Underfloor heating works best with good insulation under it. Fitters of electric underfloor heating avoid insulation to keep the height of the new floor to a minimum, but this results in a lot of heat loss into the floor. With electric costing four times the amount gas does some have said with the huge heat loss through the floor combined with cost of electric they saw their bills go up ten fold. The electric may seem like it's cheaper but overall it can cost a lot more. Especially if you are doing the entire ground floor. I recommend researching further before committing to electric underfloor heating.

From your photo, there are areas where white comes through giving the impression of grout.....and it makes me lean towards the darker end of the spectrum. Your large format tiles and the darkness of them gives me the impression that you were looking for a seemless finish, which makes darker make more sense.
