Can't find exact match but this looks quite possible, in France? https://www.carreauxmosaic.com/collection-motifs-carreaux-ciment/formes.php This manufacturer makes irregular polygon shapes but is in US. https://leanigel.com/collections/specialty-field-tile Perhaps ask Domus or Baked Tiles if they could put it together as they do some irregular shapes? https://www.specifiedby.com/domus-tiles-ltd/puzzle-porcelain-style https://www.bakedtiles.co.uk/ Where did you find the photograph?

Thanks calmnotcluttered. They were clean but we have workers in and out at the moment. We have just moved into our Victorian townhouse and having a new gas central heating system installed and the whole house rewired. We do have a mantelpiece that has been hand painted by Alfred Worthington in our dining room. My husband wants me to get it valued but I don't want to and want to keep it. I am going to get rid of the runner rugs because these tiles are beautiful.
