Heat Recovery System in Extension- Thoughts please?

Hi,


As these are newish, I was wondering what are your experiences were?


Is this something I should get put in place before the building works get underway.

Or is this something that can get retrofitted?


i would really need it in just a few rooms ( I am an evening smoker, I know, my bad) not really the whole house.


Any advise would be greatly appreciated as it’s a mine field out there?
