Engineered Oak flooring for loft conversion

Our loft conversion starts in a few weeks time. The cost of fitting it is included in the price of the loft conversion. I just need to buy the flooring and underlay.

We don't have loads of spare cash to buy the fixtures after paying for the loft conversion so want to get a reasonably cheap engineered wooden flooring but not so cheap its not worth having.

Would something like this be too cheap?

We need 40 Square metres for hallway and bedrooms so quite a big area.

Also with underlay there is a huge difference in costs between what the online places charge and this stuff on amazon which has good reviews...

I appreciate with all the money in the world that a more expensive floor and underlay would give a better result but we can only live within our means for now but equally don't want to waste money on something that will be a real false economy.
