Anyone know where you can get this style of chair but with a cushioned

We have lovely sash and case windows but the neighbours are VERY close. I don't want to change the glass but does anyone know a good stick on 'frosting' that can be used? I just want to do a central square on lower windows to add some privacy. Or other suggestions? I have tried a sheet from B&Q, looked less like frosting more just a bit of greaseproof paper stuck on the window!

I'm a big supporter of letting children show their creative side. We spend two years teaching our kids to walk and talk, and the rest of their lives to sit down and shut up. If she wants to get creative with striped walls, buy some rolls of vinyl and just lay them up, you can then whip them off at any time and you haven't got horrendous paint lines or colour differentials to try and cover.
