Our patio louvre roof creates an outdoor living space in your garden perfect summer BBQs and with a decked/ paved or tiled flooring the rabbit will love it. The louvre roof is automated turning the louvres flat to create a fully watertight roof (perfect for our british summers, additionally helps to protect your garden furniture from heavy rainfall. There are numerous design options which is based on your personal desires and requirements. Below are a few examples of different ways your can incorporate an Umbris patio roof. A free standing louvre roof: It can also be fixed to your property and supported with posts: Or with no posts and cantilevered out from the property: We have just had an Umbris installed at our showroom in Amersham at Sky House Design Centre, you can arrange a showroom visit by contacting us on 01494 722 882....See MoreHelp with Trees/Shrubs to small garden.

You can see how it goes, but they require a lot of mowing and it sounds like you don't get a lot of sun so it may well end up very mossy and wet most of the time. See how it goes but maybe you need the deck to be sited on the left, so it is in the sun in the middle of the day/evening if possible, so not near the house if it faces east. Evergreen climbers are essential for small gardens with fences. Trachelospermum jasminoides, has lovely scented flowers in the summer and Hydrangea seemannii and Pileostegia Viburnoides are good in shade. I would put in a lot of planting on the shady side of the garden, a good evergreen grass for clay is Carex pendula. I would also plant an Amelanchier or Acer at the far end to screen the neighbours windows and autumn colour. You could look up evergreen ground covers for shade. Good luck!...See MoreI NEED HELP - WANT A MODERN GARDEN

Nice little seating area so you can allegedly get some peace and quiet.....................See MoreCourtyard garden too small for grass?
Comments (13)Hi I know not many have fake grass but it's becoming a really good option. Aesthetically it looks like grass but you don't have to worry about muddy patches, shady areas or cutting it. It does of course require some maintenance and needs to be laid on a good base. I actually wouldn't be so quick to level the garden out, having a step up makes the eye go upwards towards the sky. See this [Article on steps[(https://www.houzz.co.uk/magazine/10-excellent-ways-to-incorporate-steps-into-your-garden-stsetivw-vs~77446744) which was posted recently on Houzz. The area in front of the windows could be paved, gravelled or lay decking squares across it. The boundary walls are lovely and could easily have some climbers on them, using tensioned wires, helping to highlight this feature yet provide more green without making deep planting beds. The tree at the back is possibly a bay tree and might be worth keeping as it gives something of height and structure as long as it's in good condition. Mature trees can be costly so worth keeping it possible. Hope that helps!...See MoreAnne Taylor
