I would love to know what colour you painted the wall on the right?

I have painted the walls in my garden Peres Grey and I would like a more contemporary look any suggestions. I do like the colour on your walls.

The colour we used is London Clay by Farrow and Ball. it's really hard to tell as the colour changes so much with different qualities of light at different times of day.

I have the same. Look on my ideas book 'my house project' and it shows what I have done. Painted Portland Stone (little Green) and tiles the same colour. It is much warmer that it was. I have complemented with turquoise, greens and mustards.

Thanks so much for your comments! The walls and door frames are currently white not cream my apologies for the bad lighting, the bedspread isn't normally on, it's my back up for when my normal one is in the wash! The bedspread is normally cream with gold trim. The birds and flowers on the wallpaper are actually gold which is why is suggested that colour as is the frame on the mirror. It's a very subtle washed down gold nothing too in your face!

The dining area and the other area could be from two different houses. There’s definitely nothing modern about the dining area. Build in storage (cupboard on the bottom, shelves to the height of the picture rail) on each side of the fireplace. Change the chairs to a much simpler style. The cottage/country table cloth should be changed out for something less busy. If building storage isn’t possible, reduce what’s on the shelves and clear off the mantel.

Cashmere popular. Mine being fitted this week. I have chosen real wood worktop and upstand. Plain Glass splashback behind hob and oxide emerald green floor tiles. Just for something different. Walks mmm not sure……something muted. Small kitchen but bright! Ideas… don’t hate me re floor 😳
