Renovating Design Dilemma Bathrooms

Bathroom ceiling with sloping room

Hello! I am trying to completely redesign my bathroom but cannot figure out what the best way to do it is, and one of the major design issues is a sloping roof which is where I would like the shower to be. Does anyone have any ideas how I would figure this one out? Do I need to get a bespoke shower made, or is there another option?

A thought -we are so used to full height shower units so am thinking that a 3/4 height would suit your sloping roof line. A kind of cubicle where the shower rose and shoulders upward would be above the top. Kinda oldstyle bathouse height. Would it work with your ideas for your room?

Thank you for the plan. My first advice to give an impression of height is to fix a vertical mirror from the washbasin to the ceiling. The choice of neutral colors also contributes to the feeling of space, such as white, beige, gray ... The shower screen/ or bath screen can also go up to the ceiling. If you want more color and style cement floor tiles can be nice ! with a large rectangular tile and neutral on the wall are a good option. Another idea for the walls is tiling in 3d, white. How annoying I wrote a long reply and it didn't post!! Thanks for the replies! Not sure raising the ceiling is an option as it would cost more than we'd gain I think. Interesting to see the different layout ideas. Yes moving the door would mean it would hit the bath. I don't think the hall space would be wide enough for a shower? What do you think? Good to see an idea of how we can reconfigure the toilet sink and bath layout though. I don't think moving the bathroom to the bedroom at the back would be ideal as we'd prefer these rooms to be kept away from the main road. Is it a bad idea to loose a fourth bedroom for a bigger ensuite and bathroom? Is there a way that the fourth bedroom can be reduced in size (but still useable) and making the bathroom (as a minimum) and ensuite bigger?

@User Example eaves layout ensuite - I'll not take any credit +ve or -ve for this room, it came with the house! but FWIW it works and hasn't made it to the top of the refurb list as yet! Wall furthest side is about 140cm high, ceiling nearside of the bath 180cm high Tub ~52cm high, 70cm wide. Shower in the bath - forget it, soak - sure no problem.

I have two shower rooms under a sloping roof. Provided there is enough height overall, it works very well. Here are 3 shots of the en-suite. It is 1200mm wide (standard shower tray size). The 'glass' is 8mm acrylic, which is very cheap when compared to glass, though the fittings are NOT cheap. I have recently had a revamp, keeping the layout, and used continuous hinge, which is great. The only change was to move the radiator to a tall thin one inside the door beside the basin, because there really was not enough space to sit on the toilet without burning your bum!
