Sorry - I am the other way. I love the yellow and think its sunny, bright and welcoming. The grey looks kind of flat to me (personally). You could layer a grey over the top to add the variety and break up the yellow. Yellow can be too much to live with on a daily basis which is why it often used in hallways and places we do not spend a great deal of time. As this is removed at night time, I think it adds a great punch to the room and circulates the yellow well through the space but if you already think it is too much maybe listen to your gut. It’s sounding lovely already!!! If you are on Instagram, there are over 18,000 photos under the hashtag greenbedroom, so definitely worth a look for ideas and current trends. I’ve posted a few below. I’ve also posted a couple of curtains from Anthropologie that are quirky and fun - but would maybe only suit rooms with tall ceilings!!!!

Hi Kelly, I think you have done a great job! Your sofa matches very well with your curtains and the plant matches with the green paint! you have many option, but in order to maintain the space calm and inviting I would suggest you go for pastel colours - a pastel pink for one/two cushion and a taupe blanked for example. Alternatively you can play with darker shades of beige, the options are endless.
