Cladding or paint pebbledash! Any help most appreciated

Hi all. Buying a house and looking to refresh on a budget! The pebbledash is irritating me...Thank you all

I've a pebbledashed bungalow. Considered painting but after reading up on the maintenance I didn't think it would be a good idea.

We had some renovations 6 months ago and walls outside needed rendered..... we pebbledashed them and they look great. Embrace the pebbledash!

Hi Minnie we had the Orangery built really so we could have a large dining table as there are 4 of us and we regularly have my friends and their 2 kids over, sometimes others too so really need the extra room. On the floor plan I posted it shows another room downstairs as the dining room but we use at as a play/family room and that has 2 sofas in. I think really we will use the back of the kitchen as extra storage somehow. Husband would like a huge American style fridge but I would prefer a cupboard/sideboard in a contrasting colour to the kitchen (like the pics of the Islands I posted) so we'll see who wins that battle! I would like a tall cupboard somewhere in the kitchen as I don't have anywhere downstairs for sweeping brush, steamer etc) I've ordered some material swatches from John Lewis but I was thinking about just getting blinds in the windows rather than the doors, what do you think? The other option for the doors are 'easy fit' blinds and they clip into the frame, but struggling to find any pics of what they look like pulled up. I want to keep as much light as possible as the room is North ish facing. extra back

Try http://www.handmadekitchens-direct.co.uk - our kitchen was installed when we bought the house but I know from some paperwork left by the previous owners that this is where it came from. From what I can gather the previous owner painted the kitchen herself too to save some money. It's a very good quality kitchen that has stood the test of time and 3 children! Hi everyone I am well aware that I haven’t updated you on this room but as it’s often the case things didn’t go according to plan. Everything was in place and we were ready for the bed to go together, only to found that when the removal guys took our bed apart they broke one of the bolts into the frame. So we had to admit defeat and buy a bed base until we can have someone look at it. I need to tweak it a bit more, change the lamps even but for now its ready for business. Well they are better than mine to thank you 🙈 I agree, I was talking to Hubby and I think it’s the most sensible option and if we really don’t like it, we’ll look at the cladding but looking at the wall now, the pebbledash will remain until an extension so might as well embrace it 🤣 I don’t think I’ll remove the pebbles.. I’ll have to dash the paint on lightly or something. I’ll come back when I’m done with the finish 🤷‍♀️
