Interior designer and contractors for compact 2bed apt for letting

I have a compact 2 bedroom apartment in a modern block in central London (near Fitzroy Square, London W1) that has been let out for many years to short term corporate clients. It is now dated and needs a complete refresh. Mainly decoration and furnishings etc not changes to kitchen or bathroom units. I'm looking for a designer (or any recommendations) that is creative and has good experience of working with lettings apartments and limited budgets yet able to achieve good results. If they have a team of contractors that can also carry out the work that would be ideal.

    Via Houzz website (not the App which is rubbish), you can search for PROFESSIONALS (top of the page), for example search Interior Designers, and it will find ones in your area. You can check their page for past work, photos, sometimes costs, and reviews.

    Hi Sonia, thank you for your message and suggestion. I did try that initially however there are so many listed. I would like to get a recommendation for someone that specialises in design suitable for lettings (which needs to take into account practical tenant issues).
