Where can these Roman shades be purchased? Are they available in USA? Thanks Also is background white or cream?

    Hi Jan - these roman blinds were made to measure but I have looked up the project file and can tell you the fabric is: Casadeco Dentelle Brodi Zari CMN2955 91 12 The background colour is a very pale ivory. I hope that helps.
