which paint colour where?

I’m painting my yellow house white - slowly. (Little greene Portland stone pale). The windows were cream and going little greene Portland stone deep. See photo. My dilemma is how to paint the bay sash. All one colour that being the deep window colour as was done previously with the cream? keep frame as render colour and window as per others windows? or frame as another colour entirely?
Not sure what yet for front door and plinth so there is a third colour option in colour scheme to consider maybe FB railings?
