I would go for as wide a panes as you can get away with so the separating sections don't interrupt your view. If the 3 sections match your folding door size then go for that one.

What about a sheer fabric in a colourful stripe, tied back to the right to follow the slope? yes I am and we've had all the plans passed for that size opening and steels designed too. My issue was I worked off a quote with a company and they now no longer do that size, so I'm back to the drawing board so to speak. I know what I want, but am trying to find the right company/price to deliver.

Well if you love them yuo could commission a stained glass artist to replace them with an orginal desing. Or an inexpensive option would be to replace with plain glass a add self adhesive film pattern (nicer than you think.) Look at window film company - they have all sorts of styles from traditional to modern and its easy to install especially on a small size like this..
