What is what I'm doing actually called?

We are in the process of buying a place. It's been built but minus a few things (kitchen, internal doors, bathrooms) which will down to us. So what is it we are are doing?

It's not a renovation as there's nothing there.

It's not an improvement as there's nothing there.

It's not a build coz it's already built (kinda).

What IS it we are doing called so I can tag it in the insta account?
