Help - what appliance do you use to clean your brick floors?

I have old French pavers on my kitchen floor in my cottage. They are uneven with a raised surface...so not smooth on the face of the bricks. In addition the grouting surrounding them is quite large and uneven as well. I need your advice please on what appliance to use as unless I get on my hands and knees and scrub them I can’t get them clean. (I don’t want to take them up) Thanks for your help.
