Take the photo to a flooring specialist and ask for their help, they look like tiles, but not sure if they are hard ceramic type or made up from vinyl type. One thing they do look is expensive!

Gold Wallpaper Border - metal strip where to buy?

Does it actually need to be a metal strip or just look metallic? One alternative would be to paint wooden beading (a bit like picture frame wood but I’m not sure what it’s called) metallic gold and effectively frame the wallpaper.
