Help! Warming up a cold conservatory to make it part of living space?

Hello all,

I have a conservatory which feels cold and uncomfortable. I can't change the colour (UPVC brown) but I am wondering what I can do to 'warm' up the feeling of this room which over looks a pretty garden, it's approx 5m x 6m and I would like to use it for coffee and reading. I have been toying with using wood clad on the wall that has the clock on it, and have a preference for natural tones and the hygge look! The floor is heated so I can't put any covering on it other than perhaps a hessian backed rug. ideas appreciated.
