Wicker/Rattan Storage

Having recently moved house I am trying to create storage. I am looking to buy a couple of wicker or rattan storage chests for the bedrooms. Tikamoon do a good kudu style one but it is out of stock until July. Can anyone recommend any other brands? I am looking for something of a great quality. The size I would like is approx H 50cm W 150cm D 42cm but I am flexible on this.

I've bought a giant hamper/storage chest from these people. It's perfect and great quality. They may have something for you.

I have a folly for shoes, but although I love the designs, I never get to wear them (don't work well on building sites!)However, my dream is to find a way to display some lovely shoes in a living room as a 3d piece of art (which some of them are and do cost as much!!) and frankly I prefer to gaze at them and dream then actually wear them and suffer!

Hey SB, I just got the updates you posted today so time difference and life business adds to not being on here. I'm glad you like the color palette. I would go for the light blue or turquoise on the walls rather than the navy because of the small room. I hope the ABA works well for you. I've heard good things about it from others I'm in a Facebook group with. We are well here. Band competitions have been our life since mid-September after school began. They end next week. Son plays saxophone.

I wouldn't be ashamed, that's kids! What do you use the mini room off the study for? Does the ikea unit have storage baskets? Apparently the kallax replaced your unit so they do the branas basket which should fit? They're £15 each though so not cheap. That may then hide some of the stuff. What if you were to paint it in a chalk or really matt paint and maybe pop an ornament or 2 on top, do you think that would blend better? I would either move your bench elsewhere, or get some baskets to go underneath. You could look at a storage bench ( there are a handful on ebay with free p&p that aren't too dear or have a look at maybe an old fashioned wooden blanket box ( although my nan used to have one and I was convinced it was a coffin!). They are quite big and store a lot and could look good? Have you heard of streetlife? I signed up to it a few weeks ago and people also offer unwanted items on there so may be worth a look. It's definitely worth getting a cupboard costed up
