Cost of replacing internal door with full/half glass partition

Hi, we are looking to remove our internal door leading from our hallway to lounge with the only entry being through the kitchen. This will allow us to put an L shaped sofa across the wall. As the replacement we were looking to replace this with a contemporary glass pane with the black panelling seen in the picture. How much does this cost? Would this look odd on a single door?
