Bathroom and En-Suite redesign

We are redoing the bathroom and en-suite. Currently the en-suite is open to the bedroom which isn’t for us (new house). Currently been thinking of making en-suite smaller and doing his and her wardrobes on entrance. Alternatively move wall and make main bathroom bigger? Ideas would be appreciated. (Baths are very big that are currently in).

Dimensions of rooms:

Main bath: 186cm by window (bath is currently a P shaped shower bath so top end 90cm), 280cm long (ignoring doorway).

E—suite: bath is 186cm long/90cm wide, recess where toilet is is 140 (ish) cm, only 50cm deep so cant put shower unfortunately as would overlap window.

Thanks.

Considered this:

Or moving wall to make main bathroom more square.
